Exercising with a partner can be a great way to spend quality time together, enhancing and solidifying relations while encouraging each other. BONDing sessions!

Partners (3 to 1) Sessions

Are you new to exercise and are intimidated by individual sessions? Would you be more comfortable starting in a small group class, where you can “get lost in the crowd” as you learn the exercises? You won’t be alone in not having perfect form, and you can all learn together. You shouldn’t be afraid of that; the fitness trainer is there to help you. Group workouts are affordable, fun and social. A great way to get started and get an instant support system on your fitness journey.
