FREE Training Assesments

It is important to understand where you are in terms of your health and fitness level thus a FREE fitness training assessment before commencement or purchase of sessions. A fitness assessment is a tool used for establishing, measuring an individual’s skill or mastery and to evaluate the participant’s biometrics i.e. blood pressure, body weight, body fat, body mass index, functionality etc. The assessment will include:

Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire
Client Exercise History Questionnaire
Lifestyle and Diet Questionnaire
Fitness Assessment
Fitness Training Effort Agreement
Various Body Measurements.
Goal-setting and what your expectations are from your training sessions.
Completion of important legal documentation (It’s not that bad)

This assessment data will be used to establish a starting point for a new client/participant, identify their abilities, and then re-assess the training progresses.
